J. Terry Hordinski, LEED AP

Terry has built a 40-year plus construction career with a hands-on partnership approach with each project no matter large or small. His distinct approach has been successful with national clients as while as our local Colorado clients. Terry believes in a customized approach to each project starting with the client’s goals and objectives as top priority. His objective is to operate with integrity, deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and uphold our reputation for high quality construction with best-in-class results.

Terry serves as a liaison to owners, clients, architects, construction managers and property managers alike to assure the smooth running of the overall construction process while maintaining a positive company profile. He advises and counsels the management group on implementing the foundational values and laurels of our company.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER + CO-FOUNDER

David Konechne 

David is an accomplished and energetic project leader with more than 22 years’ experience in commercial construction. He also has a background in architecture, giving him a well-rounded perspective of design and construction projects from start to finish. He is a strategic manager with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and excels at leading and motivating teams through successful project completions while adhering to his high quality standards while maintaining schedule and budget constraints.

As chief operating officer, David ensures quality of all projects and manages the relationships between the owner and design team to ensure a collective understanding of goals and those features that ultimately define the success of the project. David respectfully helps to create an atmosphere where teams achieve professional goals while turning out a high-quality project. He regularly assists with new business relationships and develops new expanding markets.
