The safety and health of our employees is of the utmost importance.

We recognize our responsibilities and are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment. Our continued success relies heavily on the participation and cooperation of all employees toward an effective safety program.

Each member of Soft Rock project team is accountable for the safety, wellbeing, and safe work conduct of all workers on jobsite. Each member of the onsite crew will be responsible for their personal safety and the safety of those around them.

Additionally, all onsite personnel are responsible for reporting all unsafe acts or conditions to the job site Superintendent.

Soft Rock Construction seeks employee contribution and collaboration in an effort to make the company as safe and healthy as possible. The safety program includes:

• Specific safety guidelines for every job.

• Continuous weekly safety meetings with staff and onsite subcontractors and vendors.

• Continuous training for all field personnel.
